Monique St. Paul

Monique St. Paul currently works as a training program specialist. She formerly worked as an instructional designer in virtual reality. Monique's leadership, facilitation and public speaking experiences help in her role as Adjunct Professor at the University of New Haven and when she co-hosted a webcast hosted by the Training, Learning, and Development (TLDC) community. Monique holds a master's degree in communication management with a concentration in learning and development from the University of Denver. She received her bachelor's degree in communications from Roger Williams University. She’s served on the board of the ATD Southern Connecticut chapter since 2019.
