He leads a team of Instructional Designers, Digital Learning Developers, Writers, Graphic Designers and Video Producers. Jon's has focused on improving the learning experience at Intermountain Health so that caregivers can be their best selves. Jon and his team strive to create learning that is meaningful and bring about change in performance.
