Dylan Smith is an Instructional Designer/Developer with over 12 years of experience as an instructor, instructional designer, and instructional developer. He has worked in a variety of industries, including Staffing and Recruitment, Utility, Software and Technology, Manufacturing, and Finance. Dylan has designed, developed, and implemented instructor-led training, asynchronous and synchronous eLearning, and blended courses. He is passionate about learning experience design and finding new ways to make learning impactful. Dylan has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Michigan State University, and a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Walden University.
