Jaiwana Thomas is a Company Trainer in the restaurant industry with over a decade of experience developing people and building training programs that work in the real world. Jai began their training career at Walt Disney World, training cast members on the iconic Jungle Cruise attraction, and went on to join the Hard Rock Cafe, where they led new restaurant openings across the U.S. and internationally. Now at Spinato’s Pizzeria, in Arizona Jai specializing in creating interactive, skills-based learning using tools like Rise 360 and Storyline 360. Whether developing frontline team members or designing company-wide modules, Jai believes training should be practical, and fun, because when people enjoy learning, they remember it.
