Currently, Jen serves as the Senior Director of Core Product Experience at Colleva, where she applies her expertise to develop AI-powered solutions for personalized skill development and employee insights. Her background includes roles at Pluralsight, where she worked as Principal on the Learning Sciences  team and Senior Manager for the Author Training team, contributing to improving learner experiences and content quality.
