Bobbi Vernon

Bobbi is the Senior Director of Learning and Development and has 25 years of experience in credentialing. She is known for her unique perspective in L&D and her ability to integrate strategic design, change management, and human-centered design into the learning function. Bobbi’s work includes credentialing, training, design thinking facilitation, course and curriculum development, LMS administration, communications, high-stakes certification program management, and global training portfolio management. She has volunteered for I.C.E. as both a reviewer and Chair for the Assessment-Based Certificate Accreditation Council (ACAC), served on the Branding Architecture Project Advisory Group, and is currently serving for a second time on the Accreditation Services Council. She is also an active volunteer with Open Skills Network and Credential Engine and is actively engaged with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's work in talent pipeline management. She holds the Expert Coach designation from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the ICE-CCP designation from I.C.E., and is a Prosci certified change practitioner.
